Housemates anger Big Brother!

There was disarray in the House when Big Brother announced that everyone had their Secret Tasks and would be punished accordingly.

During the Live Launch Show, Big Brother gave each Housemate a Secret Task to execute as soon as they entered the House. Some were paired while others were given individual Tasks.

All gathered in the lounge, Biggie asked the Housemates to take turns in revealing their Secret Tasks to each other and to gauge their own performance on the Tasks.

Though Housemates like Mzamo and Kat, who had to play hosts to their fellow Housemates and Mandla who had to pretend to be a Hypochondriac, got a nod from some of their mates, it seems their efforts weren’t up to Biggie’s standards.

“I feel like I succeeded,“ Loko cried as she pleaded her case with her Housemates. Loko’s Secret Task was to chew bubblegum until it annoys her Housemates but it looks like she tried at first but eventually let it go.

Another positive Housemate was Mandla who literally rolled on the floor with laughter as he explained “that headache I kept complaining about,” to which he got a round of applause.

Meanwhile, MK, Sol, Lexi, Jase and Thando didn’t beat about the bush and simply admitted defeat.

For Vanessa and Poolie, who had spent their first hours in the Big Brother Mzansi House trying to memorize everyone’s surnames, Biggie’s punishment felt like a personal attack. “But we remembered most of them,” Vanessa cried.

According to Biggie, the Secret Tasks were not executed with merit and everyone deserved to be punished. “Some tried but were let down by their partners,” Biggie explained before stressing the importance of abiding by the Big Brother Mzansi Rules.
